About Us
Kensington Club is a subdivision of 248 homes in Plainfield, Illinois. With convenient access to interstates I-55, I-355, and I-80, we are easy to find... and with our proximity to the very edge of Chicago's urban sprawl, the natural world is not that far away either!
Kensington Club was built by Pulte Homes between 2000-2004. Our community features a pool, a clubhouse, fitness center, playground, soccer fields, and four ponds.
We are conveniently located just north of historic downtown Plainfield, with easy access to great shopping and unique local eateries. We are also in-between Joliet and Naperville, which both have full size shopping malls, historic districts, and excellent dining.
