Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Emergency calls are available after hours by calling (630) 717-7188. The answering service center will contact your Property Manager to assist you.
Payment is due in the office on July 1st and no later than July 15th. A $75 late fee is applied to all payments received after the 15th. Key Cards are also deactivated once an assessment payment becomes late and are only reactivated the 1st of each month.
Checks are payable to Kensington Club.

A statement will be sent to you. Please be sure your address is indicated somewhere on your check and include the statement along with your check to the address listed on the statement, which is the address listed above.
ACH Forms -- If you are currently using a direct debit from your bank to pay your assessment, please note that we are also changing banks as of July. 1, 2011. You will need to notify your bank to stop the direct debit and that you will be using another direct debit with Caruso Management Group, Inc. We have included a new direct debit form that you will need to fill out and return with the other information as discussed below.
